Privacy Policy

Effective from 17 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data dGeim s.r.o. processes when you use our games, apps and website, why we do it, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

Contents

1. Who we are

The controller of your personal data is dGeim s.r.o., ČSLA 1279, 925 52 Šoporňa, Slovakia, European Union, Company ID 47009853 ("dGeim", "we", "us").

Contact for all privacy matters: hello@dgeim.com, or by post to the address above.

We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to do so. You can contact us directly with any questions.

2. Scope

2.1 This Privacy Policy applies to our website www.dgeim.com (the "Website") and to the games and apps listed in the Product Overview (the "Products").

2.2 It does not apply to fakturaX.sk, which has its own privacy policy.

2.3 Different Products process different data. Section 4 describes each type of processing, and the Product Overview shows which of them applies to which Product.

3. Summary

  • No user accounts. Our Products do not ask for your name, e-mail address or password.
  • No advertising. Our Products do not show ads, and we do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
  • No cross-app tracking. We do not use advertising identifiers for advertising, profiling or tracking you across other companies' apps or websites.
  • Most data stays on your device. Game progress, settings and content you create in our apps are stored only on your device, and we have no access to it.
  • Some Products send limited technical and usage data to service providers we use (mainly Google Firebase) to fix errors, keep the Products working and improve them. Details are in section 4.

4. What data we process and why

4.1 Website

a) Server logs. When you visit the Website, our hosting provider WebSupport s.r.o. (Slovakia) automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system, and the referring page.

  • Purpose: operation and security of the Website.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in a secure and working website.
  • Retention: 30 days.

b) Cookies. The Website uses only technically necessary cookies or similar browser storage:

  • dgeim_lang (cookie, 1 year) – remembers your language choice.
  • theme (local storage) – remembers whether you chose the light or dark appearance.
  • cookie-consent (local storage) – remembers that you have dismissed the cookie notice.

They do not track you and do not require consent. You can delete them in your browser settings.

c) Third-party resources on the Website. To display the Website, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) and a style library from Tailwind Labs, Inc. (USA). For this purpose your IP address and browser data are sent to these providers.

  • Purpose: displaying the Website correctly.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

d) Contact form and e-mail. When you contact us through the form or by e-mail, we process your name, e-mail address, the content of your message and any information you choose to include.

  • Purpose: answering your request, handling complaints and support.
  • Legal basis: taking steps at your request and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); our legitimate interest in communicating with you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); compliance with legal obligations for complaints (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Retention: 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law (for example for complaints).

4.2 Data stored only on your device

Applies to all Products.

Our Products store game progress, settings, purchase records and any content you create (for example activity logs, notes or trip plans) only on your device. This data is not sent to us, and we cannot access, view or restore it. dGeim is not the controller of this data.

  • Some apps (for example LOG1) allow you to record data concerning health. This data also stays only on your device.
  • Some Products use device sensors (for example the gyroscope in Super Maze World) to control the game. Sensor data is processed only on your device and is not stored or sent anywhere.
  • Your device's system backup (Apple iCloud, Google/Android backup) may include this data. Such backups are provided by Apple or Google under their own terms, according to your device settings.
  • You can delete the data at any time by deleting the app's data or uninstalling the app. Where an app offers export, you can export your data.

4.3 In-app purchases

Applies to Products with in-app purchases or Subscriptions.

  • Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own privacy policies. We do not receive your name, payment card or bank details.
  • To deliver your purchase, the Product receives from the App Store transaction information such as the product identifier, transaction identifier, purchase date and status. The Product stores the transaction identifiers on your device to prevent a purchase from being credited twice.
  • The App Stores provide us with sales reports that do not identify you.
  • Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4.4 Subscription management (RevenueCat)

Applies to Products marked "RevenueCat" in the Product Overview.

We use RevenueCat, Inc. (USA) to manage Subscriptions. RevenueCat processes a random app user identifier created by the app, App Store purchase tokens and receipts, subscription status and history, the app version, and device and system information needed to validate purchases. RevenueCat does not receive your name or e-mail address.

  • Purpose: validating purchases and providing access to premium features across your devices.
  • Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Retention: for as long as needed to provide the Subscription and as required by law, in line with RevenueCat's retention policy.
  • More information: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy

4.5 Usage analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

Applies to Products marked "Analytics" in the Product Overview.

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how our Products are used, which features work well and what we should fix or improve.

Data processed:

  • a pseudonymous app instance identifier and Firebase installation identifier (random identifiers of the installation, not of you),
  • device model, operating system and version, app version, language, screen size,
  • approximate location (country and region) derived from the IP address — Google Analytics does not store the IP address itself,
  • how you use the Product: screens viewed, session length, features used, progress and in-game events (for example levels reached, rewards collected, settings changed) and in-app purchase events (product, result).

We do not send your name, e-mail address or precise location. We do not use User-ID, and we have disabled Google signals and data sharing with Google for advertising.

Legal basis and your choice — the mode for each Product is shown in the Product Overview:

  • "with consent" — analytics runs only after you agree in the Product (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time in the Product's settings; data collection then stops and the analytics identifier is reset. In some regions outside the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics may be on by default and can be switched off in the same settings.
  • "on by default" — analytics is currently enabled when the Product starts, based on our legitimate interest in improving our Products (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You have the right to object at any time by contacting us at hello@dgeim.com, or you can stop the collection by uninstalling the Product. We are adding an in-app choice to these Products; the Product Overview will be updated when it is available.

Retention: 14 months in Google Analytics. For Poker Miles, a copy of the analytics data is exported to Google BigQuery (EU region) and kept for 14 months.

4.6 Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)

Applies to Products marked "Crash reports" in the Product Overview.

When a Product crashes or encounters a serious error, Firebase Crashlytics sends a crash report to us.

  • Data: a pseudonymous installation identifier, the technical error record (stack trace), device model, operating system and version, app version, device state at the time of the crash (for example free memory, orientation) and limited technical context (for example the current screen or game level, or the app configuration version). Crash reports do not contain your name or other content you created.
  • Purpose: finding and fixing errors so that the Product works.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing a stable and working Product (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Crash reporting does not depend on analytics consent. You have the right to object at any time by contacting us at hello@dgeim.com.
  • Retention: 90 days.

4.7 Remote configuration and experiments (Firebase Remote Config)

Applies to Products marked "Remote Config" in the Product Overview.

Some Products download settings from Firebase Remote Config (for example game balance, offers or feature switches), so that we can adjust them without an app update. For this, the Product sends a pseudonymous Firebase installation identifier, app version, platform, language and country. We may show different settings to randomly selected groups of users to test which works better.

  • Purpose: operating and improving the Product.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Tests that are evaluated with analytics data only use data of users whose analytics are enabled (section 4.5).
  • Retention: installation identifiers are kept by Firebase while the app is in use and deleted after a period of inactivity according to Firebase's retention policy.

4.8 Temporary support data (Firebase Realtime Database)

Applies to Products marked "Temporary support data" in the Product Overview.

Where a Product has a known technical issue that may cause loss of in-game progress, we may temporarily store a limited game state (for example the balance of virtual coins and the time of the change) in Firebase Realtime Database, under a pseudonymous identifier assigned to your installation or device. To protect this data, the Product signs in anonymously via Firebase Authentication; only the Product on your device can read or write its own record.

  • Purpose: restoring lost progress when you contact our support.
  • Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in providing a working Product (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You have the right to object at any time.
  • Location: United States.
  • Retention: only while the issue persists. The data is deleted no later than 30 days after the issue is fixed and the feature is switched off.

4.9 Time verification

Applies to Products marked "Time verification" in the Product Overview.

To prevent time-based rewards from being unlocked by changing the device clock, the Product requests the current time from our server (www.dgeim.com, hosted by WebSupport s.r.o., Slovakia) and, if it is not available, from Cloudflare, Inc. (www.cloudflare.com). These requests contain no game data; the servers receive your IP address and basic technical data as part of the connection.

  • Purpose: fair operation of time-based rewards.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Retention: our server – 30 days; Cloudflare – according to Cloudflare's privacy policy.

4.10 App ratings

Some Products may show the system rating window of Apple or Google. Ratings and reviews are handled by the App Store; we only see them as published in the App Store.

5. Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.

Some Games adjust the game balance (for example rewards or payouts) based on your in-game history, as described in our Terms (section 16). This happens only on your device, concerns only play money with no real value and has no legal or similarly significant effect.

6. Who receives your data

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We share data only with:

Recipient Role Purpose Location
Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (Firebase: Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Realtime Database, Authentication; Google Cloud BigQuery) processor sections 4.5–4.8 EU and USA

7. Transfers outside the EU

Some recipients (section 6) process data in the United States. Such transfers are based on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where the recipient is certified under it, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional safeguards where needed.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restrictions and security rules for our cloud services. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond quickly to any incident.

10. Children

Our Products are not directed at children under the age at which they can consent to data processing in their country (16 in Slovakia, 13 in some other countries) without the consent of a parent or guardian. Games with simulated gambling are intended only for persons aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your personal data (Art. 15),
  • rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16),
  • erasure (Art. 17),
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18),
  • data portability (Art. 20),
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 21),
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal (Art. 7(3)).

How to exercise your rights. Write to hello@dgeim.com. We will respond within one month; in complex cases this can be extended by two more months, and we will tell you why.

Please note that our Products have no accounts. The data described in sections 4.5–4.8 is linked only to random identifiers of your installation, which we cannot connect to your name or e-mail address. To find your data, we may ask you for information shown in the Product or for other details that help us identify the installation. If we cannot identify your data, we will tell you (Art. 11 GDPR). You can always:

  • switch off analytics in the Product's settings, where available, which also resets the analytics identifier,
  • uninstall the Product, which stops all data collection by it.

Right to lodge a complaint. You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work. In Slovakia this is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, www.dataprotection.gov.sk.

12. Residents of the United States

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. If you live in a U.S. state that gives you privacy rights, you can contact us at hello@dgeim.com with any request, and we will handle it in line with the applicable law.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We update this Privacy Policy when our Products or the law change. The current version and its effective date are always published on this page. If a change materially affects how we process your data, we will inform you in advance in the Product where reasonably possible or on the Website.
