Delete your account – American Poker 90's Casino

This page explains how to delete your player account in American Poker 90's Casino by dGeim s.r.o. (App Store and Google Play), what is deleted and what is kept. Uninstalling the game alone does not delete your account.

Delete your account in the game

  1. Open American Poker 90's Casino and go to the lobby (the screen with the machines).
  2. Tap the player icon in the bar at the top of the lobby, next to your level.
  3. In the ACCOUNT window, tap Delete account.
  4. Check what you will lose, tick the confirmation and tap Delete.

The game needs an internet connection for this. Your account is deleted at once, and the game starts again as a new player.

If you no longer have the game

  • Install the game again. On the same device it usually finds your account automatically; if your account was linked with Game Center or Google Play Games, sign in with the same account in the ACCOUNT window. Then delete the account as described above.
  • Or write to hello@dgeim.com with the subject "Delete account – American Poker 90's Casino" and include your Player ID (in the game: player icon → ACCOUNT → Copy Player ID). If you do not know your Player ID, tell us your platform (iOS or Android) and your approximate level and coin balance, and we will try to find your account.

We delete the account within 30 days of your request and confirm it by e-mail. If we cannot identify your account, we will tell you.

What is deleted

  • your player account and Player ID,
  • the link with Game Center or Google Play Games,
  • your cloud save: virtual coins, level, the purchase of Unlock Max Bet, the times of your last save and level unlock, and technical records of the account,
  • all game data on the device where you delete the account, including local backups and your player picture.

Deleted coins, level and purchases cannot be restored.
